One workspace. More ways to work.
Research, search your project knowledge, coordinate tasks and watch for changes. Every workflow keeps its scope and evidence visible.
One workspace, several surfaces
The workspace is not a single box with a prompt in it. Each surface below owns a different kind of work, keeps its own scope, and leaves its own evidence. They share one project, one set of permissions and one approval policy, so moving between them does not mean re-explaining what you are allowed to touch.
The surfaces
- Conversations — an open question, with the context the assistant may use stated rather than assumed.
- Tasks — work with visible decisions: what was proposed, who approved it, and what it produced.
- Knowledge search — evidence from the documents a project actually holds, shown with the passage behind it.
- Extraction — supplied material turned into fields you can check against the original.
- FindAll — a candidate set built from explicit criteria, with each match verified rather than assumed.
- Pulse — a recurring question kept under review, where a run with no change is a real answer.
- Responses — answers built around context, with a review step before anything leaves the workspace.
Choosing one
- Name the output you need — a paragraph, a table, a list of candidates, a notification — before choosing the surface that produces it.
- Decide whether the result is something you read or something that acts. Reading and acting are separated deliberately, and the approval boundary sits between them.
- Start with an input small enough to check by hand. A surface that returns the right passage on a known document is worth widening; one that does not is worth diagnosing first.
